Amazing SSS Portrait by Irene Sanchez.

Hello loves! I wanted to take a moment to give a special shout out to graphic artist Irene Sanchez. Irene designed this amazing portrait of me pictured above. I was BEYOND flattered when she showed me!! Not only is Irene's work flawless, but I can tell she is very selective in who she chooses to make a portrait for. I'm honored to be one of her selected few! Irene, thank you so much for this gorgeous portrait, I have had it as my screen saver ever since you made it lol!

Check out Irene's blog at

and check out more of her beautiful work after the jump!

Follow SSS on Chictopia!

Hello loves! I've gone ahead and registered a Chictopia.com account! Although I am not quite the fashion whiz, I do love to embrace my own personal style. This is my first ever fashion/lookbook-esque web account, so if you have one please add me (I'll def add you back!) I could use a guide! ^__^ Or if you don't have one, feel free to check mine out, you might want to open one up yourself! I've kicked off my Chictopia activities with two outfits from my "Style" section, in which I will update both here and on my Chictopia account. Everyone on there has been very friendly (and very fashionable) so far! :) Looking forward to more!

Holiday Outfit Brainstorm!

With all of the holiday madness among us, it's only natural for us ladies to have all of the more reason to go shopping and get dolled up, which both happen to be two of my absolute favorite pastimes! I've been searching high and low for the right holiday outfit, mainly for New Years Eve... the night I embrace my inner glam goddess the most! I am very picky when it comes to my eventful outfits, always shopping with a particular look in mind. I've tried to stray away from my tunnel vision as much as I can, since it only makes shopping harder when I act so stubborn with myself! Anywhoo, here are a few lovely pieces I found while on a serious style surf! Along with the links back to the sites where the pieces can be found. I visited sites such as Asos, MotelRocks, and NastyGal. Let me know what you gals think!

Fall for Your Hearing Damage by The R.O.A.R

Check out my good friend Steve's aka The R.O.A.R 's amazing video for his sMASH UP song "Fall For Your Hearing Damage".  A Drake and Thom Yorke fusion, brilliantly put together by The R.O.A.R!

The video is a beautiful composition featuring The R.O.A.R and actress/singer Sura Contin aka Love. Telling the story of a young couple sharing a sweet and nostalgic sunny day on the boardwalk. Throughout the video you get a feel of amorous affection with a sense of afflicted love. Sura Contin's sensuality is overwhelming in intimate bed and shower scenes. As The R.O.A.R brings his acoustic guitar to life and vocalizes the sense of inevitable warm relation.

Directed by Hassan Kinley, co-owner of Karin and Raoul Magazine.
Produced/edited by Darnell White of Who We Are Studios.

All of the music and vocals are re-performed and recorded by The R.O.A.R and will be out on his EP "All I have is my record collection and Broken Heart". Apart from The R.O.A.R, Steve is part-takes in the amazing electro-rock band The Fire and The Reason. Steve is an absolute genius at embracing his passion and continuos to blow me away with his talent! So thankful to have a such a gifted friend!

Jilt for Fame

"To Jilt - To cast aside a loved one / leave one at the alter.
Jilt for Fame is the sacrifice of love in pursuit of passion
 Absolute Dream commitment
Till fame do us part..."

Dreamchasers are soon to be (if not already) Jilters. Sacrifice after sacrifice, Jilters forever keep their eye on the prize. Through blood, sweat, and tears, a Jilters pursuit is never halted no matter the consequence. Because the thirst of a Jilter cannot be quenched by nothing else but by pure success.

These are the fundamentals behind the ever so meaningful clothing label Jilt for Fame. Absolute dream commitment. Unlike most of todays casual menswear, Jilt for Fame embraces a deep significance behind every design, weaving the pursuit of passion into every piece. Anointing the sacrifices true jilters commit throughout their journey to prosperity.

Jilt for Fame has unleashed their 2011 lookbook. Yours truly had the pleasure of being a part of it. After being greatly inspired by the brands superb significance,  I was absolutely delighted to be a part of the Jilt for Fame team. Being that I definitely consider myself a jilter too.

Check out these influential designs by Jilt for Fame.

All Stud Everything!

Stud top, stud shorts, all stud everything!

I'm a bargain hunting, "do-it-yourself" kinda gal. My obstinacy and imagination play a big role in this aspiration. And lately, metal studs have been my inspiration towards my wardrobe creations. I am undergoing an "all stud everything" dedication! And apparently tying in with an "all rhyme everything" quotation. ;p

Check out a few of my studded demonstrations!

M.HeartStar ♥★

Melissa Arce aka M.HeartStar is no stranger to creative superfluity.  I've had the pleasure of acquainting her by bumping into her at the TT x TTU Japan Benefit.. Being the sweetheart that she is, she recognized me from my StephieSoSexy x LooneyTunes series and she loved it <3. I was hella flattered <3 She then seasoned my flattery even more when I bumped into her again at the Eye of the Wolf artshow and surprised me with a few of her gorgeous handmade stickers. When first browsing her work, I became more and more interested in the origins of her concepts.  It seems as if her mind is a world of rich beaming colors, vividly flowing patterns, and a euphorically trippy aura circulating throughout the land.

Definitely a place I'd like to visit. Yet I've no passport for mind reading.  Luckily for us though, M.HeartStar brings this bright world onto us through her artwork.

D.I.Y Daisy Denims...!!

oh summer, oh summer...
wherefore art thou sweet summer?

the weather has been sucha tease lately...
giving me only slight tastes of long anticipated summer days...
as annoying as this may be, it's definitely quite inspiring.

i am ALL about do it yourself...! i do my own layouts, i do my own nails,
i do my own hair, i do all of my own grooming etc etc. it saves me dough and if you want something done right, do it yourself! i also make my own summertime daisy duke  denims ^__^ i have TONS of denim shorts that used to be old jeans that completely lost my interest. i brought them back to life with a few snips... here's a simple d.i.y (for the ladies... and diva fellas) on
how to make you own denim short-shorts
<3

help for the hopeless romantic on v-day ♥

ahhh... love is in the air ♥
and valentines day is just around the corner flaunting it's overpowering scent.
a day where old flames rekindle their romance... puppy love bubbles with excitement...
and lasting lovers light their fire. a day for you and i, a night for us. ♥

if you're one of the lucky lovebirds who have a sweet valentine in mind, you might be in a knot
trying to figure out the perfect gift. or you might already have a gift idea, but would probably want to try something sweeter than the usual chocolates and flowers.  after all, you'll definitely want to show your beau how impressive you can be, and how impressed you are by them ♥

i'm a total sucker for love, passion, affection and everything else that makes my hopeless-romantic heart skip a beat. so i can be quite a whiz when it comes to catering to ones sweetheart. and being the lovey dovey lady that i am, i'm here to help you sweep your valentine off their pretty feet ♥

*to be quite honest, i am not a huge fan of valentines day.
and i feel it's unfortunate it takes a number on a calendar to get most people to show their appreciation
towards one another. feb 14th is really just one of the many economy mini-boosts implanted throughout our one-year calendar. outlined for us to un-questioningly follow. but nonethless, i support all things
LOVE.  so even if you're doing it cuz your calendar told you so, at least you're doing it.

burning up with louvre fever!

nyc nyc, i'm back baby!

this is my first post of 2011, also being my 101st post!!!
and what better way to embrace such an entry than with
some old school italians, a sphinx, and a ferris wheel?!!!

while in paris, i kicked it back with mona lisa at the Musée du Louvre.
the last time i had the pleasure of being amidst the masterpieces the loure holds, was 6 years ago. no art exhibition, no showcase  that i have ever attended  compares to this treasure chest of a museum.  this is definitely a worldwide landmark, home to a number of mankind's precious artistic gems. located in the heart of paris, the city of lights... being a precious gem of its own, nestling some of histories most breathtaking monuments.

as thrilled as a kid at a candy store, i snapped away countless of pictures...
navigating through italian works of art and egyptian jewels.

here's a tour of the wonders i came across.

Galeries Lafayette, you aint seen shopping yet!

Greetings gorgeous readers!

As you know, i am spending my last few days of 2010 in the city of love... the city of lights... Paris! visiting my wonderful dad. #daddysgirl!. i come out here every couple of years or so, and every time i do, i fall in love all over again visiting every famous, and not so famous, yet still breathtaking, landmarks. right now though, i am in bilbao, spain...!!! this city has captivated me entirely!! i'll share my experience here in bilbao with you guys in the next few posts... as for now lets speak french!

one of the places i always stop by in paris is the extravagant Galeries Lafayyete. now, i live in nyc... so i am pretty familiar with the extravagancy some fashion venues may bring. but nothing compares to the fashion hot spots paris has to offer! galeries laffayette being one of them! as soon as you approach the shopping center, you're greeted by flashing lights of all colors, sizes, and luminosity! it's like one big fashion party!!

my daddy spoils me rotten when i'm out here,
so while out shopping, i  brought along my camera to take you
guys on a tour of this fashion wonderland...!!!

you+supersale instants = hard earned love.

plz stocking stuff me, jakey <3333

you've done your xmas shopping. everyone got their lovely gifts while you broke your lovely bank account. at times like this, i always feel it's YOU time. you've spoiled your loved ones, now spoil yourself! 'you' is the person you should love the most, anyway.

most of us are broke as fuck after xmas. yet, you deserve to treat yourself right now more than ever... where's your xmas gift to you from you? where's your new years eve outfit?  you have to be wearing new clothes while entering a new year! and hey, if you're one of the lucky ones, you got a gift card (the smartest gift) for xmas.. put it to good use right now!

working in retail for 4+ years (-______-), i've had the convenience of spotting a rarely occurring  'supersale instant'.  there are sales all year round, but not many 'supersale instant's. a 'supersale instant' is a very short moment in time (instant) when there are HUGE sales going on. like 50+% sales. for like 2-5 days only. this time around, these few days, my dears, we are amidst a 'supersale instant'. proceed with caution.

you deserve it.

paris or BUST!!!

PARIS BOUND...!!!

hopefully i'll find myself bumping
into a lovely, french, pink panther ;]

au revoir NYC...!!

my sexual rendezvous... @ the museum

"bonobo males have been documented
soliciting sex, with an offering of sugar cane."

The Museum of Sex.

i have been feening to visit this place for the last 3 years. and finally, after years of procrastinating, i  got my butt up and went. and i was completely blown away.  ;). like i've said before... museums and exhibitions are very happy places for me. and when you add sexuality, erotics, knowledge, lust, and aphrodisiacs to the mix, it's the perfect concoction!! the museum had two temporary exhibitions (apart from their regular, permanent exhibitions). the temp. exhibitions were ACTION: Sex and the moving image... and "The sex lives of ANIMALS". fucking fantastic. literally.

ACTION: Sex and the Moving Image, was a showcase of the pornography from  early 1900's to present time. three roomfuls, taking you from black and white 'silent film' porn to ancient sex toys... from vintage porn stars, to todays dominatrixes.

there was also a condom exhibition. showcasing the earliest forms of condoms, and condom inspired artwork/ sculptures.  also showcasing different forms of protection throughout history.

but my absolute favorite exhibition was The Sex Lives of ANIMALS. thanks to this exhibition, i now look at animals and their sex lives... in a WHOLE NEW PERSPECTIVE.... ohhh maaan!!! animals have absolutely no shame in their fucking game. literally.

the museum also has an aphrodisiac cafe appropriately named "Oral Fix". could this place GET any better?!?!? a cozy, inviting cafe, located in the lower level of the museum. serving "potions" that stimulate sexual libido, potency, lust, and attraction. apart from potions, they also offer pastries, snacks, regular drinks, and "make your own potion" drinks... all stimulating sexuality. i of course, HAD TO have a taste...!

this place was fucking superb. literally ;) if you live in NYC... or will be visiting NYC...
this place is a must. i am definitely going again soon.

i took a billion pictures... keeping my viewers in mind <3...
so hold on to your undies and check em out...!!

WARNING:
18+ after the cut...!!!
NOT safe for work...!!!

stephiesosexy x masahiro ito

glamorous
homage.

i really can't emphasize how much i L O V E D...  absolutely L O V E D working with such an amazing team, when i got the chance to collaborate with masahiro ito. I met masahiro at an exhibit downtown back in july. his piece in the exhibition was one of the few pieces that took the limelight that night... an incredible work of art! i was so taken away i took him aside and asked for a picture with him and his work ::nerd::. i then blogged about the exhibit, which you can find here: Graffolution. through networking, my blog and facebook, masahiro and i got back in touch. once back in touch, i was pleasantly surprised to see that apart from a being a media artist and sculptor, masa is also a fashion and jewelry designer. a collaboration was destined! yours truly being an aspiring model and all ;) his designs blew me away once again. his work is a reflection of his unique individuality, and his grand love for mother earth. masa is one of the most inspiring individuals i have ever gotten the chance to encounter. his bond with mother nature, and his love for culture are truly a rare commodity in todays artists. his compositions include the same components used by our native ancestors... fur, leather, beads, wood, feathers, etc... embracing the beautiful, rich native culture of our native ancestors. paying homage to mother earth, and our ancestors through every one of his masterpieces...

the first 20 @ gallery bar

as i've said before, i have limitless respect for art and artists of all kind. i'm a sucker for the imagination, depths, skills, artistry, and craftsmanship artists demonstrate through their creations. so any chance i get to attend an exhibit, i jump on it. ::ayooo::.. my gorgeous friend eve invited me to gallery bar , where thefirst20 were exhibiting their most recent works. recording artist Sam RUBIK, of nouveau riche records, created a website where he can show support for todays visual artists. he selected 20 different artists, all with 20 different styles, which make up the first 20. showcasing canvas work, photography, and even graffiti, i loved the variety in the exhibit. i documented as much as i could. the following pics are my favorites of the exhibit. check it out..!!
